How does the 14-day free trial work?
Enter your email — no credit card required! You'll be sent a link to complete registration;
once that is done, your trial begins. You have access to Casefleet for 14 days
(including the day you register) at no cost. (Note: the free trial is limited to uploading 10 documents per case.)
What AI features can I use during my trial?
All of them! Your free trial includes full access to the AI Assistant, Document Intelligence, Suggested Facts, and more.
Your trial includes 100 pages of Document Intelligence (AI) processing and 3,000 AI credits per trial account —
enough to experience how AI transforms case management. After subscribing to the Advanced AI plan, you'll receive 500 Document
Intelligence pages and 10,000 AI credits per billed user each month.
How much does Casefleet cost?
Casefleet's pricing starts at $30 per month with the Starter plan. The Advanced AI plan is priced at $100 per
month and includes premier features. Enterprise plans require custom pricing.
What happens if I exceed the free tier limits?
Each plan includes generous free tiers for certain features. If you exceed these limits, overage charges apply:
- OCR: $1 per 100 pages, but only after using 3,000 free pages per billed user per month
- Media file transcription: $0.06 per minute, but only after 3 free hours per billed user per month
- Document intelligence: $0.02 per page, but only after using 500 free pages per billed user per month
- AI credits: $0.001 per credit, but only after using 10,000 free credits per billed user per month
Do I have to add all my users during registration?
Nope! It's a good idea so that everyone in your firm who needs access can start as soon as possible,
but you can add users at any time in your trial or billing cycle.
What if I want to cancel?
We don't think you'll want to, but if you decide Casefleet isn't right for you, you can cancel
anytime by contacting support@casefleet.com.
Is my data safe?
The security of your information is our top priority, and we ensure that your data is encrypted
both in transit to our cloud servers and at rest after it arrives. The Casefleet application is
built on top of a highly secure and well-respected cloud platform.
All information is backed up, which means all data can be recovered at any time.
If you wish, you also can export your data as often as you like to make local backups.
