The best pricing is the kind you never have to think about. When you are in the middle of building a chronology or prepping a deposition, the last thing you should be doing is mental math about how many pages you have left or whether running one more document will trigger a charge. So we rebuilt our Advanced AI plan around a simple idea: include so much that, for the vast majority of firms, the meters stop mattering.
Here is what is changing, and why we think it makes Casefleet easier to use.
One plan, far more included
The new Advanced AI plan is $140 per user per month, billed annually (month-to-month is also available at $180 per user per month). Every user now gets a much larger included allotment of each usage-based feature:
| Included with every user | Amount |
|---|---|
| OCR (text recognition for scanned documents) | 3,000 pages |
| Media transcription | 3 hours |
| Document Intelligence | 12,000 pages |
| Casefleet AI | 100,000 credits |
| Document storage | 5 GB |
These are not trial amounts or introductory teasers. The OCR, transcription, Document Intelligence, and AI allotments refresh every month, for every user on the account. Storage works a little differently: the 5 GB is a standing level, the total amount of case material you can keep in Casefleet at any time, rather than something that resets.
How much more you are getting
Compared with our previous plan, here is what the new Advanced AI plan adds for every user, valued at our standard rates:
- Document Intelligence: 11,500 more included pages, about $115 a month. The included amount goes from 500 pages to 12,000. And the rate for anything beyond that is dropping from 2 cents to 1 cent per page, so even firms that run heavy extraction pay half what they used to.
- Casefleet AI: 90,000 more included credits, about $90 a month. The included amount goes from 10,000 credits to 100,000.
- Storage: 4.8 GB more included, about $48 a month. The included level goes from 200 MB to 5 GB.
That is more than $250 a month per user in additional included usage, on top of the OCR and transcription allotments that were already generous.
OCR, transcription, and Document Intelligence: free for virtually everyone
This is the part we are most excited about. We sized the included amounts for OCR, transcription, and Document Intelligence so that the overwhelming majority of firms will never come close to reaching them. In practice, that means these three features are simply free for almost everyone who uses Casefleet.
Consider what those numbers represent for a single user, every month:
- 3,000 pages of OCR. Casefleet only runs OCR on the pages that actually need it, which means scanned or image-based documents. Born-digital PDFs already have their text and cost you nothing. For most firms, 3,000 pages a month of true OCR is well beyond normal use.
- 3 hours of media transcription. Enough to transcribe depositions, hearings, and recorded calls as they come in, without watching the clock.
- 12,000 pages of Document Intelligence. We increased this allotment dramatically so that you can let Casefleet read and extract from your documents freely. The old limits made people hesitate before using one of the most powerful things Casefleet does. That hesitation is gone.
The goal here is not to nickel-and-dime the occasional power user. It is to take three features that genuinely make your work faster and remove any reason to ration them. Use them on every case. That is what they are there for.
Room to actually use the AI
The plan now includes 100,000 Casefleet AI credits per user each month, ten times the previous allotment. Casefleet AI helps you draft, summarize, ask questions across a case, and surface facts you might have missed, and the larger allotment means you can lean on it as a daily tool rather than a feature you save for special occasions.
Storage that keeps up with your cases
Every user now comes with 5 GB of document storage, a large increase over the prior plan. For most firms that is room for a great deal of case material before storage is ever a consideration.
Less to think about
Step back and the theme is clear. The old way asked you to keep five different usage meters in the back of your mind. The new plan is designed so you can stop counting. Upload the documents. Run the analysis. Transcribe the deposition. Ask the AI. For nearly every firm, all of it is simply included.
And if you ever do exceed an included amount, nothing breaks and no work stops. You will always be able to see your usage right inside your account, overage rates are modest and clearly posted on our pricing page, and you are in control of what happens when a limit is reached. But for most of you, this is a paragraph you will never need.
Already a Casefleet customer?
If you are on an older plan, you will almost certainly come out ahead on the new Advanced AI plan. With this much more included, and with Document Intelligence overage dropping to a penny a page, the added value outweighs the change in price for nearly every active account. You can switch whenever you are ready, straight from your account settings, and see the difference right away.
There is also no rush. Your current plan keeps working exactly as it does today, so you can move on your own timeline rather than ours.
See it for yourself
The simplest way to understand the new plan is to use it. Casefleet publishes its full pricing, included amounts, and overage rates up front, with no seat minimums and a 14-day free trial.
