Advanced AI at $140 per user per month billed annually, with OCR, transcription, and Document Intelligence included, 100,000 AI credits per user monthly, and 5 GB of storage per account.

Updated September 29, 2026: OCR, transcription, and Document Intelligence processing now have no separate charge on any Casefleet plan. This article reflects the current Advanced AI plan.

Building a case should not require counting how many scanned pages you have processed or how many minutes of audio you have transcribed. OCR, media transcription, and Document Intelligence processing are included, with no separate processing bill.

What Advanced AI includes

Advanced AI is $140 per user per month, billed annually, or $180 per user per month when billed monthly. Alongside Casefleet's case management and document review tools, it includes:

  • OCR: searchable text from scanned documents.
  • Media transcription: text transcripts of audio and video files.
  • Document Intelligence: document summaries, named entity recognition, and semantic indexing.
  • AI credits: 100,000 credits per billed user each month.
  • Document storage: 5 GB per account.

Processing is part of the plan

There are no separate OCR, transcription, or Document Intelligence processing charges. This applies to existing accounts as well as new ones. You do not need to upgrade from a legacy plan to have those processing charges removed. The features available to your account still depend on your plan.

AI credits and storage

Advanced AI includes 100,000 AI credits per billed user each month for features such as Casey and Proposed Facts. Additional AI credits cost $0.001 per credit. You can view your usage and manage AI-credit overage settings in your account.

The included 5 GB of document storage is per account. It is a standing storage allowance, rather than an amount that resets each month. Additional storage costs $10 per GB per month.
